~Who We Are ~
Founded by New York native and Denver-based designer, Studio126 was built on the belief that great design begins with connection. Known for its soulful modern and timeless aesthetic, the studio brings depth, honesty, and warmth to every project — whether occupied or vacant.
The studio’s approach is grounded in understanding the emotional side of selling and sometimes still living in a home during the selling process, offering clients and realtors a sense of reason and trust through and through.
With an eye and passion for design, Studio126 transforms spaces into meaningful experiences, allowing buyers to instantly feel themselves within the home. Every project is guided by the studio’s core values: authenticity, versatility, and the art of creating spaces that feel as real as the people who with one day, live in them.
Founder, Head Designer:
I started Studio126 with the intention of bringing home into an industry that often felt black and white. I’ve always believed design should tell stories people can actually feel. My passion lies in creating spaces that balance soul with sophistication — homes that speak to both the heart and the eye.
Since I was a kid, I’ve been captivated by space and story. I used to pretend the upstairs of my childhood home was my own studio apartment, and I’d spend hours designing dream homes on The Sims. Before launching Studio126, I built a career in retail management, where I discovered my love for growth, development, and the psychology behind how people connect with their environments. Blending that understanding with the art of staging made my brain — and heart — feel right at home.
My approach is honest and human. I meet every client exactly where they are, because selling or redesigning a home is deeply personal. Studio126 was built on the belief that every space deserves to feel lived in — even when it’s staged. Details and sustainability matter deeply to me; they’re what turn a space into a story.
When I’m not designing (yes, that includes tweaking my own humble abode), you’ll find me writing poetry at my favorite park, listening to Taylor Swift’s storytelling magic, or watching Aaron Gordon light up a Nuggets game. I love both the beach and the mountains equally, and I spend every chance I get visiting family and friends back home.

The Rhyme and Reason
of Studio126
The Psychology of Staging:
At Studio126, we know that staging is as much about psychology as it is about design. It’s not just placing furniture — it’s shaping how people feel when they move through a space. According to the National Association of Realtors, 81% of buyers say staging makes it easier to visualize a property as their future home — and it shows. When each room is thoughtfully carved out with purpose, from the angle of a mirror to the simplicity of a kitchen vignette, buyers subconsciously map their own lives into those layouts. These small visual cues — open sightlines, balanced proportions, a sense of flow — help them see possibility. Studies also show that well-staged homes often sell for 1–5% more than unstaged ones, and spend significantly less time on the market. Every decision we make is deliberate — not just to make a home beautiful, but to make it feel like it was always meant to be theirs
Embracing the Old and the New:
Sustainability is woven into the way we design. At Studio126, we believe that helping the planet starts with being mindful of our own impact — from where we source to how we style. We intentionally seek out secondhand treasures, from local Goodwill finds to vintage gems along South Broadway’s antique shops. Each piece carries a story, and when paired with modern design elements, that story takes on new life. This blend of old and new creates spaces that feel both timeless and current — soulful reflections of the past, reimagined for the present.
